We use cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, SDKs) on getpropty.ai and in the Service. This page explains what they do, the categories we use, how long they last, and how to control them.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. "Similar technologies" include browser local storage and software development kits that perform comparable functions. We refer to all of these as "cookies."

Categories we use

  • Necessary technologies - authentication, session management, load balancing, and security. Blocking these can prevent sign-in or other requested features from working.
  • Preferences - remember settings such as language and region where the relevant feature is enabled.
  • Analytics - product analytics, including PostHog where enabled, help us understand usage and improve the Service. Provider configuration and the feature you use determine which identifiers and storage technologies apply. Contact us for information about the technologies used on a particular page.
  • Marketing - we do not currently set third-party marketing or advertising cookies on getpropty.ai. If this changes, we will update this policy and obtain consent where required.

State-specific rules

  • California: a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link is available in the footer (CPRA). We do not sell personal information.
  • Other US states: privacy rights and opt-out requirements depend on the applicable law and processing activity. You can submit a request through our privacy request page or contact hello@getpropty.ai. A browser signal does not by itself delete data already held in an account.

Managing cookies

  • You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without degrading the site.
  • To request an opt-out of sale or sharing, use Do Not Sell or Share. For other privacy requests, use Privacy & data requests.
  • This policy does not provide a site-wide cookie-preferences control. Optional visitor-identification or marketing technology must not be enabled without the disclosures and choice controls required for that processing.

Changes

We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, where required, a renewed consent prompt.
