Billing, Refund & Cancellation Policy — United States

Effective: 2026-09-28 Version: 2026.09.28

1. Fees and billing

Fees are stated in the order form or pricing page and billed in advance per the billing cycle selected. The Customer authorizes Propty (and its payment processor) to charge the payment method on file for all fees, applicable U.S. state and local sales/use tax, and renewals.

2. "No bill until live" onboarding

Where a paid plan includes a "no bill until live" onboarding commitment, recurring fees begin only when Propty confirms the Customer's agents are live in production. Any setup work performed before go-live is provided at no charge unless an order form states otherwise.

3. Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew for successive terms unless cancelled before the renewal date through the account settings or by written notice. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund fees already paid for the current term, except where a non-excludable consumer law requires otherwise.

4. Refunds

Except where required by non-excludable law, fees are non-refundable. Propty may, at its discretion, issue prorated credits in cases of extended outage (see SLA) or good-faith billing error.

5. Taxes

Fees are exclusive of applicable U.S. state and local sales/use tax, which the Customer is responsible for unless a valid exemption certificate is provided.

6. Price changes

Propty may change fees effective at the next renewal with at least 30 days' notice.
