What does my organization earn?
10% of the Stripe-paid recurring revenue from members you refer, for 24 months. At 5 live referred locations it becomes 15% for 36 months, and at 25 it becomes 20% for the life of the account.
Is the calculator a promise?
No. It multiplies members referred by the plan price and your tier rate as an example. Real statements use only revenue Stripe has collected from accounts that stay active.
What is a Founding Partner?
The first 50 approved partners get a Founding Partner badge, priority support, co-marketing and early feature access. Commission rates and terms are the same as every partner.
Do we have to sell or demo it?
No. Members can explore the demo, talk with our AI sales assistant and sign up online. We handle onboarding and support.
Is there a minimum, quota or exclusivity?
None. Refer when it fits your members.
How is attribution tracked?
Your referral link sets a 90-day cookie, and you can register a specific operator in your portal before introducing them. A member we were already talking to is reviewed fairly and never paid twice.
Who is this for, and who should use Refer and Earn instead?
The partner program is for organizations with an ongoing audience of operators. Individuals and Propty customers making a one-off introduction use Refer and Earn, a one-time cash bounty. One signup earns one reward, never both.
