Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Propty Service and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms have the meaning given in the Terms. We may update this AUP from time to time; the current version always governs.

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account and through any Autonomous Actions you configure or authorize, and for ensuring your end users and personnel comply with this AUP. Because the Service can act on your behalf (sending communications, charging payment methods, posting content, placing calls), you are responsible for the lawful configuration and use of those features.

2. Prohibited communications

You may not use the Service to:

  • Send unlawful, deceptive, misleading, or unsolicited communications, or communications without a required lawful basis or consent (including under the US TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act).
  • Send to recipients who have opted out, or fail to honor opt-out, unsubscribe, or do-not-call requests.
  • Place or record calls without legally required notice or consent, including in all-party-consent jurisdictions.
  • Spoof, falsify, or obscure sender identity, headers, or originating information.

3. Prohibited data practices

  • Harvest, scrape, or acquire contact or personal information without a lawful basis.
  • Upload or process special-category/sensitive personal data except as permitted by the Terms and applicable law.
  • Process data of children where prohibited, or in violation of children's privacy laws.

4. Prohibited financial conduct

  • Process payments fraudulently, deceptively, or in violation of card-network rules or applicable law.
  • Apply prices, fees, or charges that violate usury, rent-control/rent-cap, price-gouging, or consumer-protection laws.
  • Use the Service to launder funds or evade sanctions or anti-money-laundering controls.

5. Prohibited security conduct

  • Distribute malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, or probe, scan, or breach security or authentication measures.
  • Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage quotas.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract Propty's models, prompts, source code, weights, or training data.
  • Use the Service to develop a competing product or model.

6. Prohibited content and conduct

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Engage in unlawful discrimination, including violations of fair-housing and anti-discrimination laws (the US Fair Housing Act and state equivalents) in tenant screening, advertising, pricing, or communications.
  • Engage in harassment, threats, or deceptive or unfair trade practices.
  • Conduct unauthorized lien, collections, eviction, or sale activity in violation of applicable statutes (see the Lien, Collections & Compliance Disclaimer).
  • Transact with sanctioned, embargoed, or denied parties.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or disable features to protect the Service, our users, or third parties - with notice where practicable, or immediately where a violation poses risk of harm, legal exposure, or security threat. We may preserve and disclose information as required by law or lawful request. Suspension or termination for AUP violation does not entitle you to a refund.
