Propty Dispatch Terms

Effective: 2026-10-24 Version: 2026.10.24

These terms cover Propty Dispatch, the job-coordination text line that Propty, Inc. ("Propty") operates for independent repair and service providers (for example plumbers, electricians, HVAC and gate technicians, and locksmiths) who work with property and home-service businesses that use Propty (each, a Business).

What the program sends

Propty Dispatch texts tell an opted-in provider about a repair or service job for a Business: the Business's name, the job location, the trade, how urgent it is, a short description and a link to the job details. Each job text carries a job code so your reply reaches the right job. Propty Dispatch also confirms your replies (accepted, declined, on the way, on site, done). It does not send marketing, it does not text a Business's tenants or customers, and it never asks for payment or card details by text.

How you opt in

You receive Propty Dispatch texts only after you agree, in one of two ways: by ticking the separate job-text consent in a written service agreement with the Business, or by saying yes on a recorded call after the disclosure is read to you. There is no web opt-in form. The Business records how and where you agreed, a manager or owner of the Business approves that record, and no text is sent before it is approved. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of any job, contract or payment.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with the jobs a Business sends you. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any Propty Dispatch text to stop texts from that number. You will receive one confirmation and no further job texts. Replying START lifts that stop for your number, but job texts resume only where your opt-in with a Business is still on record and approved, and only while the line is approved by the mobile carriers; START never creates a new opt-in. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at https://www.getpropty.ai/contact or hello@getpropty.ai. Opting out stops Propty Dispatch texts only; it does not change any agreement you have with a Business, and the Business may reach you another way.

Every job text ends with: "Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." The HELP reply reads: "Propty Dispatch: job texts for service providers working with Propty customers. Reply with the job code from the text, e.g. YES KX4821 2pm. Support: https://www.getpropty.ai/contact. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."

Your mobile number and privacy

Mobile numbers and text consent collected for Propty Dispatch are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. They are shared only with the service providers that deliver and support these texts, and only for that purpose. Our Privacy Policy (https://www.getpropty.ai/legal/united-states/privacy) explains how we handle personal information.

Delivery

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts can be delayed or not delivered for reasons outside our control, such as coverage or carrier filtering, so Propty Dispatch is not suitable for emergencies: if a job is an emergency, the Business remains responsible for reaching you or another provider directly.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a new version at https://www.getpropty.ai/legal/us/dispatch. Earlier versions stay available at their own address.
